Our Principals

Steve Coldwell

Steve is a partner of the firm and has been practicing as a CPA since 1974. He is a graduate of the University of San Diego and has a Masters of Business Taxation from the University of Southern California. Steve was with Arthur Young & Co. before starting his own practice in Glendale in 1979.

Steve has extensive experience serving high net worth individuals and business entrepreneurs. In addition, he has handled specialized tax planning and administration associated with trusts and estates.

Louis Sclafani

Louis is a partner of the firm and has been practicing as a CPA since 1981. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Arts and a Masters of Business Administration. Louis was with Ernst & Whinney prior to entering into practice with Steve.

Louis has extensive experience serving high net worth individuals and closely held businesses. He has handled specialized tax planning required for the formation, purchase and sale of businesses in addition to serving non-profits and estates and trusts.
